Research
Teresa is trained in the “Jack Russell” school of investigative research. In other words once she gets her teeth into a subject she won’t let go until YOU have a result! When you need more than a team of one; she can call upon a team of highly experienced and qualified associates throughout the UK, Ireland and Brittany (France).
Policy Review and Development
We have considerable experience of policy analysis and review as well as creation of new policy. We identify issues and recommend solutions.
Report writing
We take pride in our clear report writing. We don’t pretend to know more than the people we work for. We work in partnership to get answers and write report that are used not parked on a shelf. Every member of the team is a confident, competent and innovative presenter of information.
Habitat Management
Mountains, forest, bog and lake habitats to name a few, the team of associates to Orchard Acre Farm can draw on the most amazing wealth of practical and managerial expertise. With background in RSPB, Local Government, EHS and FOE there are few skills this team doesn’t have.

The skills and techniques of facilitation used by Teresa and her associates are adaptable, focused and innovative. You can be sure that in our hands you never feel like you are sitting through an episode of “the office.”

Teresa O’Hare
 Teresa has 24 years of professional experience in environmental project management, environmental education, community events management, environmental research and countryside management skills.
She is motivated, enthusiastic and strategic in her approach to all her work. Teresa established her business in 2001, based on the farm, and since then has both lead and worked along side her associates through numerous community, NGO and Government research, policy development and facilitation projects.
She is a thorough researcher, data collector and interpreter of statistical results. She is a qualified teacher of adults in Environmental Studies and Eco tourism. Teresa is a professional communicator and community mentor.
With her team of highly skilled associates she has designed and delivered bespoke training in a wide range of topics. She has also organised large scale events and projects on a regional basis.
